Botox & Dysport
Common side effects
- Headache, dry mouth or a tired, flu-like feeling
- Injection site pain, redness or bruising
- Temporary eyelid or eyebrow drooping
Rare, more serious effects
- Spread of the toxin beyond the treated area, causing muscle weakness, trouble swallowing, speaking or breathing — seek care right away if this occurs
- Allergic reaction

Juvéderm dermal fillers
Common side effects
- Bruising, redness or swelling at the injection site
- Tenderness or itching
- Firmness or small lumps that soften within days
Rare, more serious effects
- Infection, nodules or an allergic reaction
- Vascular complications (vision changes, skin necrosis or stroke) if filler enters a blood vessel — the reason an experienced injector matters

New to Cloud 9? Your first treatment is priced at $9 per unit with a 50 unit minimum, placed by Kim Hagen — the owner of Cloud 9 and the only injector here. Consultations are complimentary, and we map the areas you want addressed before a single unit is drawn.

Cloud 9 started as a small Yucaipa practice and grew on one thing: results our clients could see in the mirror. In 2020 we moved into our permanent 6,000 square foot facility on Hampton Road, and brought the full menu — injectables, lasers, body sculpting, medical skin care and IV therapy — under one roof.
Kim, our owner and only injector, takes the time to discuss what is actually bothering you before she treats, and prepares you herself for every visit. That is why most of our schedule is repeat clients.
Most of our clients drive in from Yucaipa, Redlands, Beaumont, Calimesa and Highland, though plenty come from further across the world.
