Already a patient? Come back every three months for a 65 unit Botox treatment and keep the same $9 per unit rate — our thank-you for staying consistent with your care.

New to Cloud 9? Your first treatment is priced at $9 per unit with a 50 unit minimum, placed by Kim Hagen — the owner of Cloud 9 and the only injector here. Consultations are complimentary, and we map the areas you want addressed before a single unit is drawn.

Common questions

What people ask before their first visit

Is Kim really the only one who does injections?

Yes. Kim Hagen, R.N. is the owner of Cloud 9 and the only injector on staff, so the hands that map your face at your consultation are the same hands that treat you. Our licensed esthetician handles facials, peels, dermaplaning and skin care — not injectables.

How many units of Botox will I need?

It depends on the area and how strong your muscles are, which is why we do not quote units over the phone. Most first treatments land somewhere between 20 and 50 units; Kim will map the exact number with you at your complimentary consultation before anything is drawn.

What's the difference between Botox and filler?

Botox relaxes the muscle movement that causes expression lines — forehead, frown lines, crow's feet. Filler adds volume where it has been lost, such as cheeks, lips or under the eyes. Many clients use both, and Kim will tell you honestly which one solves what you are seeing in the mirror.

How long do results last?

Botox and Dysport typically last three to four months. Juvéderm fillers last anywhere from six months to two years depending on the product and area treated. CoolSculpting and laser results are considered long-term once the treatment series is complete.

Is there downtime after treatment?

Most injectable and laser appointments have little to no downtime — you can return to normal activity the same day, though we usually recommend skipping the gym for 24 hours after injectables. Kim will walk you through exactly what to expect for your specific treatment.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. Larger treatment plans, like a laser or body contouring series, can be financed through CareCredit or Cherry — ask us for details and we will help you apply.

I'm nervous — is that normal for a first visit?

Completely. Most of our new patients feel exactly the same way, which is why every treatment starts with an unhurried, complimentary consultation. Kim explains what she is seeing, what she recommends and why, and nothing is injected until you are comfortable with the plan.

How do I book an appointment?

Call us at (909) 792-3223 during business hours, Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 5:30pm (we are out of the office from 1:30 to 3pm each of those days). We book by phone only so you speak with someone who knows the schedule and can answer questions honestly before you come in.

Do returning patients get the $9 per unit Botox price too?

Yes. It is not just a new patient offer — if you come back every three months for a 65 unit Botox treatment, you keep the same $9 per unit rate. It is our way of rewarding patients who stay consistent with their care.

Still have a question? Call (909) 792-3223 and we will answer it directly.
