Cloud 9 Medi Spa Cloud 9 Luxury Medical Spa

About Cloud 9

The most luxurious medical spa in the Inland Empire

We opened in Yucaipa to do one thing properly: bring the treatments people were driving to Los Angeles or Orange County for, and have them done by the owner herself rather than whoever happens to be on shift.

Our story

Eighteen years

Cloud 9 has been practicing medical aesthetics for nearly two decades. We are best known for Botox and Juvéderm injections, but the practice grew well past that — chemical peels, facials, cellulite and body contouring treatments, acne care, laser work and anti-aging procedures.

In August 2020 we moved back to Yucaipa into our permanent 6,000 square foot facility on Hampton Road, right off the 10 Freeway, so clients from Redlands, Calimesa, Beaumont, Highland and San Bernardino can be in and out on a lunch break.

Cloud 9 is owned by Kim Hagen, and Kim is the only person who injects here. Every unit of Botox, every syringe of filler, and the laser, body and skin treatments on the menu are performed by her — the same hands, every visit, for years.

Our team

A small team, on purpose

Kim performs every injection and treatment at Cloud 9. Dr. Todd Rau oversees the practice from his own separate surgical office, and John Draper has run the business side since day one.

Our licensed esthetician

Facial treatments

Our licensed esthetician handles the facial side of the menu: facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, enzyme polishes and the skin care planning that keeps your results going between treatments with Kim.

Facials and peels are booked the same way as everything else — by phone at (909) 792-3223.

How we work

What you can expect from a first visit

A consultation, not a sales pitch

You point out what is bothering you. We tell you honestly what will move the needle, what will not, and what it costs before anything begins.

Treatment on your schedule

Most injectable appointments are quick enough for a lunch break. Longer laser and body programs are booked as a series so you know the full timeline up front.

Aftercare you can call about

You leave with instructions and a number that reaches a person. Questions after a treatment are normal, and we would rather hear from you than have you wonder.
